BRIAN GRIFFITTS
CO-OWNER | SPORTS PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

Brian is a co-founder of 100% Performance, llc, in addition to being Director of Athletic Performance for 100% Hoops, llc. He has a background in exercise science. He is a certified Personal Trainer and Sports Performance Specialist as well as a certified SPARQ National Trainer. Working with athletes in sports such as basketball, soccer, football, tennis, softball, volleyball, etc. has given Brian hands on experience in multiple sports. Brian is continually studying the human performance industry to keep up with the latest research and training techniques. This dedication to his career enables him to bring this knowledge back to his clients and get them the results they deserve.

CHRISTOPHER THOMAS
CO-OWNER | SPORTS PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

Christopher graduated from Purdue University in 1995 with a B.S. in Accounting. He relinquished a career as an accountant to pursue his passion for developing athletes in 2001. Christopher Thomas is founder and owner of 100% Hoops, which has created a standard for combining high-level performance training based on sports science with fundamental basketball drills and exercises. He is also Co-Founder of 100% Performance. Christopher and 100% Performance trains amateur athletes as young as 9 years up through professionals.

Chris's dream of establishing a training program and environment completely dedicated to assisting athletes in realizing their potential came to fruition in 2004 when 100% Performance was co-founded. 100% Performance is based in Indianapolis , Indiana where Christopher and Brian Griffitts put into practice their creative and effective concepts in performance training.

Christopher and 100% Performance confers with leaders in the world of athletic performance to incorporate the most effective training for the athletes. Affiliations with high performance companies such as SPARQ, Athlete's Performance, Inc. and Nike, Inc. ensure the use of top equipment, product and apparel for the athletes during training.
